Elizabeth was a total rockstar! She was super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The check-in process was a breeze with regular texts to ensure a smooth arrival. The location couldn't be better, close to all the facilities we needed. The kitchen was adorable and stocked with coffee, tea, and milk. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Isabella, the owner, was an absolute gem, always making sure we had everything we needed. The proximity to the train and bus stations, as well as the supermarket and restaurants, was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend this cozy and centrally located place for a mind-blowing stay in Lake Como! Don't forget to enjoy the free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV. No smoking on-site.

We recently stayed at Convo Lake in Lake Como and had a fantastic experience. Isabella, the owner, was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel is perfect, with both the bus station and train station just a short walk away. We loved how convenient it was to explore the area, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The value for the money we paid was exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Lake Como.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the lake and a short walk to the town center. The convenience of being close to transportation options is a major plus. The recently renovated rooms and lobby are beautifully designed, and the high-quality hand wash and shower gel provided in the rooms adds a luxurious touch. the staff, particularly Elizabeth, were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process a breeze.
The bathroom facilities are a disappointment. The outdated bathrooms feel cramped, with limited space and a lack of modern amenities.
